I've shared the profound joy of reading and writing with children and adults for over three decades. I believe that creativity (in all its expressions -- literature, the arts, nature) has the power to transform lives at every age. We so need hope in our world -- and young people, creativity, and the natural world have always infused me with a sense of what's possible. To be a small part of this incredible community of teachers, writers, artists, and learners has been one of the greatest honors of my life.
